Returns
All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of our product.
To file a claim for a replacement, send us a photo or video of the damaged product within 5 business days.
Damaged products purchased through third-party vendors must be returned to the vendor.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 7 business days. USPS can take up to 10 business days to be delivered from when the tracking is sent.
No shipping to PO Boxes.
Shipping address cannot be modified.
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Credit Card Processing Fee for Wholesale Orders
If paying by credit card on wholesale orders, we will add a fee of 2.99% to your transaction.
